ClipKing HQ provides browser-based video editing, export and supported account upload features. By using these features, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
You retain ownership of your content. Upload only material you own or have permission to use, including video, music, images and people’s likenesses. You are responsible for your edits, titles, captions, audience settings and uploads. Do not use ClipKing for unlawful content, impersonation, infringement, spam or attempts to bypass platform restrictions.
You authorize account access through the platform’s consent screen. ClipKing uses that access to provide the features you request. You can disconnect in ClipKing and revoke permission in the platform’s account settings. You must follow YouTube and TikTok rules. Using YouTube features also means agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Review the destination account, audience and visibility before sending a video. TikTok draft delivery requires you to complete publishing in TikTok. API approval, quotas, processing and platform restrictions can limit features. ClipKing does not guarantee availability, successful uploads, audience reach or earnings. Keep backups of your footage and edits.
Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, account connections and transfers. See data-removal instructions to remove local data or revoke account access. Removing ClipKing data does not delete videos already uploaded to another platform.
Features may change or be suspended. The service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. You remain responsible for complying with laws and obtaining rights for your content.
